This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other online or offline collection, use, disclosure or other processing of personally identifiable information by The Recycling Center of America, other than the information directly captured through the Site. The Recycling Center of America reserves the right to fully use, disclose, and process any information collected via the Site that is not in personally identifiable form.

This Site actively collects Personal Information from you only when you enter your name and email address on the Site, and/or post your activity via the site. We will not use or disclose Personal Information for any marketing purposes other than the presentation and use of the Site to communicate with you about Compact Disc Recycling and related services.

If your profile is public, we only post limited information including name and location, date signed up, and recycling activity by date and event. We do not disclose your email address.
